Very efficient job hunting process. I sent an application in the morning, I was contacted in the afternoon, I got an interview scheduled for the day after and got an offer on the same day! Nicola Byrne from Eolas Recruitment is an exceptional recruitment consultant. She was always available to answer questions via email or phone and always willing to offer advice where needed. I am writing this to tell my recent experience with Eolas Recruitment that has been brilliant. Victoria and Peter were extremely professional and detail-oriented. Firstly Victoria reached me with an opportunity that was truely inline with my interest and future career perspective. Over the years I have been contracting and / or looking for permanent roles in Ireland, Eolas have been an excellent professional organisation to deal with, they also seem to retain good staff, which helps with continuity

From a contractor's perspective I have only praise for Eolas. Despite my very specific skillset Eoals found the perfect position for me with the perfect client at a highly attractive daily rate. Communications and negotiations have been courteous and professional at all times. My only regret is that I didn't get in touch with them sooner.

I am currently contracting through Eolas. It is the 2nd time they assisted me with finding new employment and in both cases I was happy with the service. I believe the company is good for its own employees too, as it was the same guy who found a job for me the fist time - almost ten years earlier!

It's not often I post testimonials about Service vendors that I have dealt with, but in the case of ERL, I have to call them out as been a superb Recruitment agency to work with.
