Are Irish Employers hiring IT Candidates who need Work Permits?

The most recent trend now for many Irish Employers is to engage with IT Candidates who need help with Visa Sponsorship. With the lack of IT candidates available in Ireland and across Europe, many Irish employers are looking outside the EU for the best IT candidates. To date, the trend has been for prospective employers to engage with non EU candidates if they were currently living in Ireland and holding Stamp 1 or Stamp 2 visas, but now they are actively trying to attract non EU IT Candidates who are not in Ireland or the EU.

Many Irish clients are again starting recruitment fairs in countries outside of Europe to attract quality IT candidates to Ireland. There is plenty of information available on http://www.inis.gov.ie/en/inis/pages/irish%20visa%20information for non EU IT candidates interested in working In Ireland.
