Very efficient job hunting process. I sent an application in the morning, I was contacted in the afternoon, I got an interview scheduled for the day after and got an offer on the same day! Nicola Byrne from Eolas Recruitment is an exceptional recruitment consultant. She was always available to answer questions via email or phone and always willing to offer advice where needed. I secured a position thanks to her, she works to find the best applicant for the role she is trying to fill.Too often in the past I have dealt with recruiters who only want to get applicants through the door not worrying if they are the right fit for the role. An interview was initially set up for a role in Dublin, but due to personal reasons, I was unable to attend. Jonathan rearranged the interview with the minimum of fuss. I've found software development jobs through Eolas on two occasions. They were reliable and helpful and I'd be happy to use them again if I move on from my current role.

It's not often I post testimonials about Service vendors that I have dealt with, but in the case of ERL, I have to call them out as been a superb Recruitment agency to work with. Staff were helpful at every step of the journey, communications from them were prompt and no requirement request was ignored.....great job to all the staff in ERL and Peter especially ....Great Job and Thanks for all your ERL help!

I've dealt with Eolas on a number of occasions over the years and apart from having excellent industry contacts and knowledge, I've have always found them to be refreshingly courteous and professional to deal with, responding to emails in a prompt manner while always going the extra mile to ensure a happy customer/client
