MS Excel has the same basic features as all spreadsheet applications and uses cells which are arranged in rows and columns to organise and control data. They can also display data as charts and line graphs.
Excel lets its users arrange data and view various factors from different views. It also allows its users to create a variety of complex numerical methods.
When MS Excel was first released in 1982, it was called Multiplan, and since then it has become one of the most popular software’s used within organisations.
