CAPSIL, sometimes shown as CAPS-IL, is a software that was developed by the US company, CAPSCO Inc., who originated in Chicago and was later acquired by Capsco-Pallm Systems. IBM later bought the company and the rights to the software. CAPSIL stands for Computer Assisted Programming Services – Individual Life (CAPS-IL). It was a software designed for both small businesses and departments within larger organisations, allowing for users to track and record their workloads.
