UX Designer

Opportunity

My client is an online media company based in Dublin City Centre. Due to the rapid growth of the company, they are looking to grow their IT Department. My client is looking for a UX Designer to be a key member of the Technical Delivery team.

Responsibilities

• Bring strong design, conceptual and problem-solving skills to translate business needs and user goals into simple yet meaningful user interfaces and flows
• Research and analyse data from multiple sources (UX research, web analytics, assessments, etc) and develop effective solutions
• Working with a wide range of internal teams to understand product requirements, and investigate the problems and develop solutions
• Provide continuous support and ensuring the quality of designs are maintained during product development and implementation
• Communicate and present UX deliverables (wireframes, user flows, prototypes, etc) to colleagues and key stakeholders within the company
• Develop user interaction/experiences for the Groups international websites
• Strong experience and understanding of HTML, CSS, JavaScript
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to successfully execute multiple projects and tasks simultaneously

Person Specification/ Skills

• Advanced UX Design experience with 3+ years’ experience as a user experience designer, interaction designer, user interface designer, or similar role
• Have a strong passion for user experiences and interactions
• A strong portfolio to show examples of previous work demonstrating experience and relevant user-centered designs and solutions
• Experience with web services, social media, ecommerce & mobile
