My Dublin Based client is looking for a UX Designer to join the team on a permanent basis. The role will involve reinventing the digital space of the company.
You will be working in a multi-disciplinary environment alongside other UX Designers, Web Developers, Data Analysts, content strategists, visual and integration designers ect…
-Working in an agile environment translating research into ideas.
-Give effective feedback and provide mentoring to junior members of the team, as and when required.
-Prioritising features that drive business results + customer satisfaction.
-Work with a team of designers to implement a design process, participate in design reviews and be part of other design related activities.
-Work with a user centred and data driven strategy to identify gaps and opportunity.
-Sketch and prototype ideas to quickly assess viability through design and test methodologies.
-Proficient with industry standard design tools (e.g. Sketch, Photoshop, Illustrator, InVision, etc).
-Experience in designing solutions and understand native mobile (iOS and Android) and responsive website best practices.
-Strong Team Player
-Comfortable communicating your design work and rationale behind design solutions and presenting to wide audiences including senior stakeholders.
-Comfortable working in the Agile methodology and side-by-side with product managers, developers and designers on a daily basis.
-Comfortable in conducting and analysing quantitative and qualitative research, including usability testing, stakeholder interviewing, and behavioural/conversion analysis.
