My leading multinational Dublin-based firm is offering a fantastic opportunity to a CX Designer to join their growing team in a permanent role. Each application requires a portfolio showcasing CX work
Job Responsibilities
- Your primary responsibility will be to streamline and implement the best possible design-based customer experience
- Employ various research methods and compile the data using analytical, trend based and benchmarking processes to ensure the most accurate reflection of test results
- Analyse and implement design strategies to improve the service experience
- Play a role in educational meetings with various departments to consistently aim to improve the efficiency of each individual department and the effectiveness the product design and delivery process as a whole
- Gain a deep understanding of the company mission and objectives to align both customer experience requirements and commercial targets
Experience Required
- A minimum of three years in Customer Experience (CX), research and product design (innovation experience is a bonus)
- A strong portfolio showcasing professional CX design
- Broad and extensive knowledge of research practices and techniques
- Proven experience effectively analysing research and drawing accurate conclusions
- Creative design software experience
- Experience working as part of a team and collaborating with different departments in order to deliver the best possible product
- Proficiency using service design assets including customer journeys and service blueprints
- Experience with conceptual prototypes is a bonus but not essential
Educational Requirements
- A bachelor’s degree or relevant experience
