Our Dublin based client are looking for a Technology Integration Lead to join their team and become a key member of a growing Technology department. Excellent opportunity with a well known brand
Job Responsibilities
- Leadership for the development capacity in order to introduce a variety of integration solutions
- Provide the technical leadership for the integration framework across the technology landscape
- Work closely with the Architects to align integration plans to match the wider strategies
- Work closely with the various Support Teams for resolutions to all issues related to integration
- Work with Architects to help develop targets and blueprints that meet requirements and business needs
- Help to design and oversee a roadmap for upcoming integrations and configuration
- Work with the Product Managers, Product Owners and developers in order to deliver high quality solutions
- Management of the Vendors that are associated with integration
- Identify and recommend business changes requirements to ensure efficient and high level automation opportunities.
- Work closely with a variety of teams to develop and maintain feature requirements to help testing and deployment
- Work on our release process and pipeline with the other engineers to make continuous improvements using automation.
- Integrate the release pipeline with tools to enable a fully automated release process. Where these tools don’t exist, build them.
- Communicate the impact of emerging technologies on the business and be able to influence decision makers on how new technology can impact on progress and development
- Work directly with wider Technology team and Business stakeholders to support the development of roadmaps, products and key strategies
Experience Required
- 10 years’ technical experience working with software, engineering or infrastructure
- Have strong experience with IT integrations and IT architecture
- Have played a leading role in big projects
- An appropriate degree, equivalent qualification or experience
- Be a passionate technology enthusiast who can inspire others to challenge and disrupt the current state of play
- Proven experience in the area of team management and leadership
Essential and Desirable Skills
- Have solid experience working within a hybrid engineering and SaaS environment
- Good understanding of modern technologies used within fast moving environments
- Experience of line management is important
- The ability to influence effectively in a cross functional environment
- Experience working with senior business stakeholders and key decision makers
- A broad technology understanding with deep knowledge in specialist areas
