Technology Architect

A leading SME IT Software firm is looking to hire a IT Solutions Architect. The ideal candidate will be responsible for working cross-functionally to understand architectural needs of the clients and help with IT road maps and Infrastructure builds for the clients solutions. The client is a growing Software Implementation firm who is replacing a long term member of the Mgt team who is retiring. The role will be 2 days on site and 3 days from home on a weekly basis. The client will offer an excellent package for the right person.

Responsibilities

· Help with a solutions and road-map architectural initiatives

· Collaborate with business users and clients to help with large software product implementations

· Act as a technical subject matter expert for the company internally and externally

· A technologist and someone who loves to learn and adopt new technologies

· Produce excellent technical documentation to aid in the understanding of existing architecture solutions

Qualifications

· Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Mathematics

· 10+ years’ of relevant experience in IT and (3 yrs minimum in an Architect role)

· Advanced knowledge architecture in areas like (Cloud, Infrastructure/ Software / Databases )

· Strong interpersonal and collaboration skills

· Ability to demonstrate technical concepts to non-technical audiences

· Someone who has sit on Senior management teams

Educational Requirements

· A Degree or masters in related field or equivalent professional training or experience

· Eligibility to work in a hybrid work model
