Technical Writer or Technical Author – Mad cap Suite

The Role:

As part of the role you will be responsible for writing up software guides and manuals for a variety of audiences. You will be working in a Scrum team and coordinating with key stakeholders, while working on multiple projects.

Requirements:

• A 3^rd level degree in an IT or a related discipline
• Experience working as a Technical Writer/Author in a software development company
• Experience with Microsoft Office applications, Madcap suite, graphics tools
• Experience working in an agile environment and with scrum teams (nice to have)
• Excellent communication and writing skills
• Ability to adapt the documents to the target audience
• Excellent attention to detail
• Eagerness to learn new skills
