My Dublin based client is looking for a Technical Support Engineer with knowledge of .NET to join the team on a permanent basis
Working with other Support Engineers, you will be resolving all technical issues for a variety of customers via Email, Phone and social media.
-Has solid knowledge of the .NET/.NET Core
-Collaborates easily across teams or disciplines to solve problems
-Can work a flexible schedule.
-Is familiar with a .NET programming language
-Knowledge with another language such as Java would be beneficial
-Has experience supporting .NET/.NET Core based servers and applications
-Can demonstrate expert troubleshooting skills
-Great customer service
-Interested in growing skill set
-Creative ability
-Open to learning (Object-oriented programming, SQL DB, Azure Cloud Services, VMs)
