Job Description

Looking to fill a Technical Service Desk position

Job Responsibilities

  • Troubleshoot, resolve and escalate requests
  • Be a point of contact to SCA user and client queries
  • Liaise with the IT department and external service providers as required
  • Log and monitor all requests through the IT helpdesk software
  • Support the business needs to meet all SLAs
  • Manage user access and security requests in-line with procedures

Experience Required

  • 2+ years in a similar role
  • ITIL Qualification
  • Third level related Qualification

Essential and Desirable Skills

  • ITIL Qualification
