My Dublin based, Financial services client is looking for a technical Project Manager to join their team.
My Dublin based, Financial services client is looking for a technical Project Manager to join their team. The Technical Project Manager would be responsible for managing multiple projects, planning, budgeting, executing of projects and taking care of stakeholder satisfaction.
Job Responsibilities
- Advising customers / stakeholders and actively clarifying their needs;
- Managing and coordinating stakeholders and building project communication structure’s;
- Creating and maintaining project definition, project charter, project plan and offers and supporting the creation of the statement of work;
- Obtaining necessary project approvals, customer project and order agreements and managing the projects financials;
- Responsible for change, communication, quality and risk management;
- Planning, monitoring, controlling and reporting project progress to project management governance and escalating issues if necessary;
- Close the project with traceability to requirements and scope timeframe;
- Define multiple projects in parallel or sequence;
- RAID management;
- Ensuring on time, on budget and high-quality project deliverables and high customer / stakeholder satisfaction; and
- Setting up and lead project teams and delegates tasks.
Experience Required:
- Well-experienced Senior PM;
- Strong customer, client, internal stakeholder relationship management, organising, management, project/program orchestration experienced;
- Strong IT Infrastructure, technology, technical integration, upgrade, migration, asset management, AVC, Digital Office, new office fit-out, O365, Mailbox migration, Security compliance, Printers, Servers, Laptops experience;
- Strong problem solver, creative, strategic, collaboration using Agile & Waterfall and Project Management methodology;
- Technical Change Requirements, Scope, Timeline, Delivery, Financial Management;
- Possessing project management skills and engaging in customer relationship management;
- Understanding of risk management, quality management and delivery management;
- Possessing consulting, organizational transformation and change management skills; and
Essential and Desirable Skills:
- Higher education degree or equivalent work experience
- International project experience and consulting experience desirable
- Process and project management training and / or certification required
