Job Description
My prestigious Dublin-based client requires a Junior to Mid-Level Technical Business Analyst to join their team on a permanent basis. This role provides a fantastic opportunity for career progression
Job Responsibilities
- Be pro-active in approach to ensuring system meets specification.
- Understand user requirements.
- Strong team delivery mentality.
- Ad hoc duties, i.e., Assist PM in workshops and requirement gathering when required, direct users in UAT and Signoff.
- Used tools such as Selenium, SOAP UI/Ready API, Browserstack, Postman, ARD, JIRA, TFS, GIT, Cucumber.
- Test Driven Development (TDD) & Behaviour and Feature Driven Development (BDD, FDD);
- Cloud technologies (Azure is preferred);
- Review and analyse requirement, functional and technical designs.
- Define Technical and Business scope.
- Create detailed technical and functional use cases.
- Assist testers with test cases and testing scenarios.
- Manage data structure, Data mapping.
- Perform in-depth analysis and testing of system.
- understand and test APIs.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills.
- Liaise with project team on issues; and
- Deliver to set deadlines.
Experience Required
- Excellent analytical skills.
- Working knowledge of project life cycles, both waterfall model and agile.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Excellent organizational skills.
- Attention to detail.
- Self-motivated.
- Excellent problem solving & multitasking skills.
- Proven ability to work effectively with internal users and vendor.
- Degree Qualification.
- Proficient in MS Excel, Word, Visio, PowerPoint, Ms Project.
Desirable Skills
- Software design and development.
- System integration and data migration.
- Experience with infrastructure testing.
- Microsoft Visual Studio Team Services;
- SQL, Excel, Dynamics 365 & Office 365;
- Experience configuring Kaizen, Practique, CRM dynamics.
- Worked in an Agile / Sprint environment.
- Experience with supporting multi-tier infrastructures
- Experience in supporting and administering Oracle 10g RDBMS
- Experience with supporting Java applications and an understanding of web technology
- ITIL Certification
