My Dublin based client is looking for a Business Analyst to join their team.
Job Responsibilities
- Be pro-active in approach to ensuring system meets specification;
- Understand user requirements;
- Strong team delivery mentality;
- Ad hoc duties, i.e. Assist PM in workshops and requirement gathering when required, direct users in UAT and Signoff;
- Used tools such as Selenium, SOAP UI/Ready API, Browserstack, Postman, ARD, JIRA, TFS, GIT, Cucumber;
- Test Driven Development (TDD) & Behaviour and Feature Driven Development (BDD, FDD);
- Cloud technologies (Azure is preferred);
- Review and analyse requirement, functional and technical designs;
- Define Technical and Business scope;
- Create detailed technical and functional use cases;
- Assist testers with test cases and testing scenarios;
- Manage data structure, Data mapping;
- Perform in-depth analysis and testing of system;
- understand and test APIs;
- Strong communication and collaboration skills;
- Liaise with project team on issues; and
- Deliver to set deadlines.
Experience Required
- Good analytical skills;
- Working knowledge of project life cycles, both waterfall model and agile;
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills;
- Good organizational skills;
- Attention to detail;
- Self-motivated;
- Excellent problem solving & multitasking skills;
- Proven ability to work effectively with internal users and vendor;
- Degree Qualification; and
- Proficient in MS Excel, Word, Visio, PowerPoint.
Desirable Skills
- Software design and development;
- System integration and data migration;
- Experience with infrastructure testing;
- Microsoft Visual Studio Team Services;
- SQL, Excel, Dynamics 365 & Office 365; and
- Worked in an Agile / Sprint environment.
