My Dublin based Financial Services client is looking for a Technical Analyst to join the team assisting in Business Change Management Activities.
-Help the project meet schedule, business and budget objectives
-Provide leadership assistance to several other analysts in planning, analysis and execution of plans
-Work to drive ultimate utilization, faster adoption and higher proficiency
-Distinguish solution ideas from business needs
-Stakeholder management, Interacting with resources of multiple domains
-Solid knowledge of relevant technology concepts (Relational databases, Mainframe, Client-server)
-Experience in Channels
-Experience delivering T24 implementations
-Project management experience
-Proven time management organization skills
-Analyze, facilitate, model, and organize information to reconcile conflicts, elicit requirements and distinguish solution ideas from business needs
-Provide leadership assistance to other analysts in planning, analysis and execution of plans
-Participate in risk mitigation strategies, identify and resolve implementation risks, escalating whenever necessary
-Collaborate across multiple teams to deliver complete functionality in an efficient way
-Ensure project meets business & budget objectives
