Job Description

Dublin based consultancy client requires a Technical Admin to join their team

Job Responsibilities

  • Govern change management processes from end-to-end.
  • Oversee the service desk, resolving issues and requests in line with SLA’s.
  • Monitor, troubleshoot, and diagnose issues in the clients back-office.
  • Ensure any admin software updates/ changes are managed properly and rolled out together with the operator.
  • Rollout of system updates, patches, etc.

Experience Required

  • Previous experience in a similar role

Essential and Desirable Skills

  • Experience providing system support to end users. (Troubleshooting and diagnostics)
  • Solid analytical, exploratory, problem solving, and follow-through skills.
  • Excellent communications skills both verbal and written.
  • Past knowledge on Windows and web-based applications.
  • Some basic networking skills.
  • SQL skills desired.
  • Prior experience with application development on embedded systems (testing/ development) an advantage.
  • Understanding of vendor/ change management, and data-flows in business processes a distinct advantage.

Educational Requirements

  • 3rd level degree, preferably in an IT related field.
