Systems Analyst

Necessary Qualifications / Skills:

• Minimum 3 years’ experience as a Systems Analyst
• Well skilled in complete analysis practices with the capability to translate into comprehensive documentation which can be understood by both business and IT.
• Proven record in producing a high standard of documentation and directing this through revisions and sign-off
• Good knowledge of systems infrastructure, platforms, databases, networks and security
• Strong experience in SQL scripting
• Capability to create test plans, strategies, as well as oversee the implementation of test efforts
• Have good experience working with recognised IT delivery processes and methodology
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities:

• Interact with project stakeholders on an ongoing basis
• Understand critically the stakeholders’ systems and operations
• Convert requirements into functional and non-functional specifications, overseeing the sign-off process
• Contribute to project and resource planning, budgeting, and implementation strategy
• Work well as part of the project leadership team to make certain intended solutions meet the requirements stated
• Work alongside Systems Architects to establish possible solutions and test them for technical and business compatibility
• Review and sign-off project deliverables
