My Dublin North based client is currently recruiting for a Support Engineer – Level 1. This role is on a permanent basis.

Responsibilities

In House IT Technician with 1 to 2 years experience of the following

  • PC Builds
  • PC Troubleshooting
  • Call Handling
  • Call Diagnosis
  • Office 365 and PC apps experience.
  • Good communication skills on the phone.
  • Willingness to learn in a fast paced environment.

A general knowledge of Windows 7 to Windows 10, and Server Admin Skills are an advantage.
