My client based in the Midlands of Ireland is recruiting for a Support Engineer - 2nd Level. This is a perm role.
The main focus for the Support Engineer is to support IT requirements of the business as they are logged in a central Service Desk system. To act as a point of contact, to do escalations, outages and downtime relating to IT services. Train and share knowledge with users and colleagues as and when required. The role will also include but is not limited to the following areas, IT Support – application and operational, Administration, Networks, Software and some project work from time to time.
