Solutions Architect – Manager Grade

Looking for an Architect or Senior Lead Developer with 20% hands on and 80% Architecture/ Design expertise. My client will look at java or .Net SME candidates as both technologies are used by my client.

Principal Duties & Responsibilities – Lead Developer

• Leading technology projects (Design to Implementation stages) through the full life cycle (20% technical hands on and 80% design/ Architecture)
• Fostering key stakeholder relationships and day-to-day client interactions, seeking opportunities to increase customer satisfaction
• Facilitating team and client meetings effectively
• Leading and contributing to key decisions
• Effectively applying methodology to project standards
• Preparing for engagement reviews and quality assurance projects
• Leading and motivating teams to deliver innovative solutions

Qualifications – Solutions Architect

Skills, Experience & Qualifications

• At least 1-2 years’ experience in leading Technology projects (Large Scale systems in either java or .Net)
• Proven and demonstrable experience of successfully delivering project
• Excellent stakeholder management experience
• Excellent communication and team-building skills
• Experience of SDLC and agile project management (Training will be provided)
