Solutions Architect – CRM

My client is looking for an Architect and someone who has either Salesforce or solid CRM knowledge. The initial project will be a Salesforce Architecture project.

Responsibilities:

• Leading and managing software development teams to ensure successful delivery of solutions for the clients
• Providing architecture support and working with cross functional teams through the whole SDLC
• Managing and evaluating the resources needed for the successful solution delivery
• Communicating with key stakeholders to ensure they know how the project is progressing
• Creating reports and presenting to key stakeholders
• Ensuring the solutions design are according to company’s and industry standards

Requirements:

• At least 6 years of experience working in Software Development
• At least 2 years of experience working as a Solution Architect with experience designing complex solutions for technology organisations
• Strong experience working with the full SDLC including application development and integration
• Strong experience managing and leading cross-functional teams
• Background in Java or .NET (C#)
• Experience working in an agile environment
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to manage and influence key stakeholders
