Job Description

My client is looking for a talented Solutions Consultant to join the delivery team
Remote option available

Job Responsibilities

…

  • Must be a key resource for implementing, customising and supporting high quality solutions for our customers
  • Be a change leader and develop solutions for our customers to improve level of service
  • Work with the delivery team
  • Support the CTO and implement changes when required
  • Support the sales team with pre-sales activity and solution design

Experience Required

  • At least 5 years experience
  • Must be able to understand business processes
  • Capacity to evaluate the CRM marketplace, and suggest improvements to the business where necessary
  • Ability to configure, implement and demonstrate product features

 

Essential and Desirable Skills

  • Experience with SugarCRM, Salesforce, HubSpot or Monday.com

Educational Requirements

  • Business management or business administration 3rd level qualification
