Software Test Engineer

Job Responsibilities

• Test sophisticated software products as per company guidelines
• Highly detailed checking of materials, products, procedures and mechanical or electrical systems to ensure that customers get highest quality products.
• Use different testing types within the software development lifecycle.
• Automate test cases using test automation.
• Set up and configure hardware devices when required
• You should be able to identify smallest flaws in software designs and suggest quick and effective fixes

Experience Required

• Degree in Software Engineering, Electrical Engineering or a related discipline is required.
• 1 – 2 years’ experience working as Software Test Engineer with proven software test responsibilities is a big advantage
• 1 – 2 years’ experience using different testing types within the software development lifecycle.
• Good working knowledge and understanding of the testing process and principles
