My Client is looking to hire a Software Support Technician with JavaScript/PHP user experience

Job Responsibilities

  • Track and assist in the solving of all support issues
  • Provide Email/Phone support to the customer care team
  • Work alongside the support manager to improve the customer service process
  • Maintenance of all internal systems and servers
  • Update the internal CRM with all support issues

Experience Required

…

  • 2 + Years in a similar role
  • Troubleshooting web based applications experience (PHP/JavaScript)
  • Working knowledge of GIT
  • PHP/JavaScript working knowledge is essential to debug software issues
  • Bachelors degree or field related qualification

Essential and Desirable Skills

…

  • Working knowledge of PHP/JavaScript
  • Experience with Linux/Windows servers
  • Experience with the following products SugarCRM, Salesforce, Hubspot
  • Experience with Apache/IIS Web server technologies

Educational Requirements

  • Bachelors degree or related experience in a tech field
