Software Support Engineer – SharePoint

My Dublin-based client is looking for a Software Support Engineer to join their expanding team to support SharePoint and a range of other Microsoft applications. This is a great opportunity to gain invaluable experience supporting cloud-based solutions for an organisation with an excellent brand.

Job Responsibilities

• Configure, maintain, troubleshoot, and support a range of Microsoft applications, especially SharePoint.
• Identify technical issues, resolve incidents, and provide solutions.
• Provide technical support to customers in a timely and professional manner.
• Contribute to business analysis, system analysis, and development.
• Update and maintain relevant documentation.

Experience Required

• At least 2-5 years’ experience in Application Support / Software Support / CRM Support
• Must have experience supporting SharePoint and/or Office365 applications
• Other skills that would be beneficial but not essential: SQL Server, Azure, JavaScript, CSS, C#

Educational Requirements

• Third level degree or diploma in a relevant field (e.g. IT, Computer Science, Data Analysis, etc.)
