Job Description

Kilkenny based Company requires an Software Product Manager to join up their expanding team on a permanent basis

Job Responsibilities

  • Responsible for the overall development, positioning and messaging/communication of the global software/technical solution
  • Take the lead role in the strategic definition of the company’s product, their design and implementation through outstanding development/engineering
  • Responsible for the strategy, ideation, features and release management of the product
  • Work with customers to understand their challenges and drive the direction of the strategic product roadmap
  • Have a focus not only on the Technical side of things, but also the business side of things
  • Be a key driver in the integration of the company’s platform with third party systems and services
  • Define clear operational direction for the Product Team
  • Be the key link between the business world and the technical, making “the very complex incredibly simple”
  • Be the business leader in technical innovation initiatives
  • Support regional sales organisations to win deals by providing expertise, delivering training, managing regional demand and prospect/customer driven change
  • Assist in the creation of thought-leadership and sales enablement content (e.g., blogs, playbooks, battlecards, sales scripts, presentations, training modules and demos)
  • Manage launch planning and orchestrate execution of the technical solutions across multiple clients

Experienced Required

  • 5+ years’ experience in a software product technical or management role
  • Constantly seek customer feedback and suggesting improvements
  • Experience with Data analytics & business intelligence strategies
  • Be the business leader in technical innovation initiatives
  • Support regional sales organisations to win deals by providing expertise, delivering training, managing regional demand and prospect/customer driven change
  • Assist in the creation of thought-leadership and sales enablement content (e.g., blogs, playbooks, battlecards, sales scripts, presentations, training modules and demos)
  • Manage launch planning and orchestrate execution of the technical solutions across multiple clients

Essential and Desirable Skills

  • Customer engagement
  • Previous experience with Payroll/ Human Capital Management (HCM)/ Financial Management systems is a plus

Educational Requirements

  • Third level college degree or equivalent is desirable

Working Hours / Benefits

  • 40 hours per week
  • Pension: up to 6% employer contribution
  • 22 days annual leave
  • Bonuses up to 15%
  • Some remote work on offer
