My South Dublin based client is looking for a Software Implementations Specialist / Manager with Customer Facing experience. This role is on a permanent basis.

Overview

My client is looking for a Software Implementation Specialist / Manager to join the existing team.  This role is very customer focused with travel involved to client sites. The successful candidate should come from a technical background the role will have elements of project management / project skills.

This role would be ideal for someone who can work on their own initiative, with a strong background and experience installing software with clients onsite.

Skills: 

  • Technically strong when dealing with product configurations
  • Experience managing projects
  • Experience in installing software
  • Excellent knowledge of database concepts
  • Understanding the required solution
  • Technically implementing the solution
  • Co-ordinate with client technical staff to deliver
  • Implementing the client configuration
  • Prince2, Waterfall and Agile methodologies
  • Experience with Windows operating systems including servers
