Job Description

My West Dublin based client, a leading provider of software solutions in the Credit Union industry, is looking to add an experienced developer to their team on a permanent basis.

Requirements:

  • 3 or more years’ experience working with Visual Studio, C#, and .Net / .Net Core.
  • Comfortable working on SQL Server (Database design, Stored Procedures, SQL Syntax).
  • Solid understanding of Javascript including some experience working on Javascript applications.
  • Good understanding of HTML and CSS
  • Thoroughness in software engineering best practices including coding standards and reviews, source control management, build processes, testing, and operations.
  • Desire to up-skill in new technologies.
  • Excellent communication skills both written and verbal, must have the ability to present ideas effectively.

Top interpersonal skills required as you will be joining a team that gets on and works together well, helping each other out when needed.

Nice to have:

  • Experience with Cordova in hybrid mobile development.
  • Prior use of cloud technologies, in particular Azure / AWS.
  • Understanding of HTTP protocol and RESTful APIs.
  • Experience with financial, accounting, or payment systems.
