-Assisting in the development, deployment and reporting of all digital marketing campaigns.
-Communicate with customers daily e.g. Facebook Live Comments.
-Manage difficult questions offline with a “customer first” mindset and ability to manage all important aspects of social customer service
-Measuring and understanding campaign and social platform performance to understand why certain approaches succeed or fail.
-Assisting in and writing content for blogs.
-Researching and sharing industry-relevant trending topics, hashtags, news and graphics for target markets and audiences.
-Management of all Social Media channels with the aim of growing.
-Driving traffic to the platforms.
-Someone who is not afraid of change and is willing to push the boundaries when it comes to trying new things with a test-and-learn approach to digital campaigns and social media management.
-Understand the power of words and love creating new and exciting ways to convey a message to an audience.
-Someone who enjoys content and social media
-Must be comfortable using all social media platforms, particularly Facebook pages, Twitter, Instagram and LinkedIn.
-Can promote our blog content on social media and understands the connection between exposure on social media and increase search rankings.
-loves writing and has a sharp eye.
-Understand how reach and engagement on social media impact not only referral traffic and revenue, but SEO as well.
-Know how to people manage, not only working within the Marketing team, expected to collaborate across the business.
-Familiarity with scheduling software and planning social media posts and content ahead of time is a must.
-Know your way around Google Analytics and have a keen interest in the analytical side of marketing
-Skilled in Facebook Business Manager, Social Media scheduling Tools e.g. Hootsuite, buffer Photoshop, Google Analytics
