Job Responsibilities:

• Ownership and adept management of workstream/project deliverables.
• Consistent delivery of high-quality work.
• Collaborating effectively with clients and internal teams, ensuring alignment and integration.
• Providing guidance and mentorship to junior team members.
• Actively identifying opportunities within existing clients and supporting market engagement efforts, such as bid responses.
• Enthusiastically tackling new challenges.

Essential Experience:

• Comprehensive knowledge of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC), spanning all project delivery phases.
• Demonstrated expertise in working with stakeholders (internal and external), conducting workshops, gathering, categorizing, and prioritizing requirements.
• Proficiency in engaging with both business and technical stakeholders, ensuring clarity and alignment.
• Previous experience in analyzing IT architecture environments, web services, software programs, and applications, with a knack for translating findings into well-articulated outputs.
• Comfortable adapting to new technologies and areas outside of your specialization.
• Project management experience in agile and waterfall environments.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
• Familiarity with project tools, including but not limited to MS Project, Asana, Jira, DevOps.
• Technical product knowledge, including familiarity with products like SAP, CRM.
• Proactive, engaged, and driven mindset.
• Background in Quality Assurance (QA) and/or understanding of QA strategies, planning, and execution.
• Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience.

Educational Requirements:

• A degree in a related discipline or relevant experience.
