- Ownership and adept management of workstream/project deliverables.
- Consistent delivery of high-quality work.
- Collaborating effectively with clients and internal teams, ensuring alignment and integration.
- Providing guidance and mentorship to junior team members.
- Actively identifying opportunities within existing clients and supporting market engagement efforts, such as bid responses.
- Enthusiastically tackling new challenges.
- Comprehensive knowledge of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC), spanning all project delivery phases.
- Demonstrated expertise in working with stakeholders (internal and external), conducting workshops, gathering, categorizing, and prioritizing requirements.
- Proficiency in engaging with both business and technical stakeholders, ensuring clarity and alignment.
- Previous experience in analyzing IT architecture environments, web services, software programs, and applications, with a knack for translating findings into well-articulated outputs.
- Comfortable adapting to new technologies and areas outside of your specialization.
- Project management experience in agile and waterfall environments.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
- Familiarity with project tools, including but not limited to MS Project, Asana, Jira, DevOps.
- Technical product knowledge, including familiarity with products like SAP, CRM.
- Proactive, engaged, and driven mindset.
- Background in Quality Assurance (QA) and/or understanding of QA strategies, planning, and execution.
- Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience.
- A degree in a related discipline or relevant experience.
