Service Delivery Project Manager

Job Responsibilities

• Manage projects to achieve the successful onboarding of new customers and retain current clients across multiple jurisdictions. These projects can run for a period of 3 months to 2 years
• You will be Service Delivery & Technology Delivery focused supported by an excellent team
• You will need to have strong project management and delivery experience and preferably experience in finance or HR services
• Use strong customer service skills, providing a top-quality service throughout the onboarding process
• Measure and record customer satisfaction and constantly looking to improve
• Communicate regularly with Senior Management across all the company’s Departments such as HR, Technology, Product, Sales, Marketing, etc.
• Responsible for all aspects of the commercial process (including invoicing and SLAs relating to the project)
• Some international travel may also be required for this role

Experience Required

• 2-3 years’ experience in a Project Management role
• Excellent knowledge and experience of project methodologies (ideally Agile or Waterfall)
• Strong exposure to software and service delivery
• Strong communication skills along with strong influencing skills, at Senior Management/ C-Suite level – not being afraid to push back
• Previous experience working with Sales & Delivery Teams is a plus
• Previous experience acting as a team lead in business transformation projects is a plus

Essential and Desirable Skills

• Excellent user of Microsoft Office tools
• Experience in finance or HR services is a plus
• High level understanding of system integration is a plu

Educational Requirements

• Graduate or Post-Graduate with a minimum of a 2.1 degree in a business or technology field
• Finance qualification an advantage
