Job Description

My Global Financial Services client is looking for a Service Delivery Manager to join their team in Dublin.

Job Responsibilities

  • Coordination, supervise and handover of individual to standardized services
  • Developing cost-effective IT services
  • Defining key indicators and relevant parameters, e.g. cost per service, quality, capacity, business continuity and IT security, also ensuring the overall alignment and compliance with IT standards and processes
  • Managing the sourcing, transition and delivery of services
  • Liaising with technical experts, delivery experts or respective service providers to ensure the services are balanced between both standard solutions and customer needs
  • Coordinating, monitoring, steering, continuously improving the services according to the service lifecycle management

Experience Required

  • Experience working with process and service along with the lifecycle of the services
  • Experience with ITIL
  • Manage budget with cost-effective planning and design
  • Good customer relationship management and supplier management
