My City Centre based client is recruiting for a Service Delivery Lead / Manager. The successful candidate can work from work if that's a preference.
Overview
We are currently recruiting for an experienced Service Delivery Manager to be primarily based in Ireland. This is the ideal role for an ambitious, hardworking individual with strong management and client facing skills
Responsibilities
- To have primary responsibility for implementing all requirements of the customer contract, defining, planning, tracking and managing the assigned project successfully.
- To serve as the head point of contact for the operational customer contacts and to be the focal point for all operational issues relevant to each project.
- Leading the operations, ensuring that the business is delivered in accordance with the customer contract.
- Support the Delivery Executive in developing business opportunities within the customer account.
- Maintaining an overview over the entire project flow.
- Coordinate necessary resources with country entities providing the services.
- Initializing project-specific updates to the client Information System in order to liaise with customer systems.
- Take ownership of escalated issues and manage to reach a successful conclusion, ensuring clear communication throughout the company, to the customer and the management team within the client.
- Identify revenue generating opportunities whilst increasing service delivery levels to the customer.

Required
- A Service Delivery Manager with proven management experience with large cross-border customer contracts, with budget and resourcing responsibilities
- Ability to work independently, extremely detail oriented especially with respect to budgetary issues and forecasting.
- Ability to originate new projects with existing clients through understanding of client business needs
- Excellent communication skills written and verbal and documentation skills
- Excellent interpersonal and leadership skills
- Able to work under pressure
- Flexible and able to adapt to changing priorities
- Strong service and customer ethic
- Conscientious and motivated, capable of working with minimal supervision
