Senior UX Designer

Job Responsibilities

• Design and deliver complete concepts, wire-frames, user stories, user journeys and prototypes for a wide range of devices and interfaces.
• Lead design projects across the entire product life-cycle and multiple product launches.
• Set the objectives for the user experience and create the space for others to collaborate.
• Listen to the client’s user-base and let them lead the way.
• Work with cross-functional teams in engineering, product, and business personnel  to find solutions to design challenges.
• Take full ownership of your work and responsibility for every last detail, from concept to completion.
• Produce multiple concepts and prototypes and knowing when to apply extreme attention to detail, and when to make quick sketches and prototypes.

Experience Required

• 7 or more years’ experience in a similar role

Essential and Desirable Skills

• Have delivered consumer products and know what it takes to make excellent consumer-focused experiences.
• Excellent communication skills both verbal and written.
• Ability to mentor others.
• Strong portfolio of design samples.

Educational Requirements

• Degree in a relevant area or work experience in lieu.
