Job Description
Our prestigious multinational client requires a Senior CX Designer to join their team and lead a small group of talented designers. A curated portfolio is required by each applicant.
Job Responsibilities
- Effective communication with stakeholders and team members ensuring efficiency in delivering the project requirements in a timely fashion
- Be a fantastic communicator and an inspiring leader who can work equally as effectively with both small and large team sizes
- Overcome and strategically work around challenges with creative solutions
- Strong proficiency in various reputable research methods and results analysis processes
- Mentor and educate using team meetings which touch on both
- Align your job responsibilities with the company mission and inspire others to work similarly
Experience Required
- 5+ year experience in User Experience (UX)/ Customer Experience (CX)
- A track record of success leading a small team of designers
- An impressive portfolio of professional CX/ UX work must be included with all applications
- Knowledge of product design and CX/UX research
- Excellent proficiency in implementing research methodologies and analysing the resulting data
- Skill in using creative design software (InDesign or similar)
- Experience collaborating effectively with audiences with different levels of technical proficiency and expertise
- Proven ability to work effectively in a team environment while also being a self-motivated individual with an ability to thrive independently
