Job Description

Our Dublin based client are looking for an experienced Software Developer to join their team. Excellent opportunity with a growing company in operating in a busy sector

Job Responsibilities

  • Be an active member of the Development Team and take responsibility for designing and implementing applications as per rrequirement
  • Working in the agile team to deliver the tasks as set out by the team and management
  • Participate in estimating the user stories
  • Development of a variety of web-based application
  • Refactoring existing code to improve its quality so their is a high standard in the set
  • Working on Azure cloud services
  • Resolving any reported issues as raised

Experience Required

  • 4+ years of Software Development experience in the .Net Stack
  • Experience with Agile development processes is important
  • Strong knowledge in C# and .NET Core is required
  • Experience with RESTful APIs, Entity Framework, and MVC
  • Understanding of SQL Server
  • Knowledge of secure coding best practices and industry standards
  • Good problem solving, team working and communication skills
  • Experience with TDD/BDD
  • Knowledge of Object Orientated Principles

Educational Requirements

  • A third level qualification in Computer Science or equivalent industry experience
