Senior Service Delivery Manager

Job Responsibilities

• Ensure successful delivery of Third Party Services in line with agreed service levels and contractual service obligations
• Responsible for ensuring the quality of the service and the adherence to process of all service providers, internal and external in order to meet the business outcomes
• Accountable for Service Integration, along with Governance for the management of Service Providers performance against the contracted and agreed service levels
• Integration of IT service delivery for all ITIL processes across internal Business Units, IT Departments and Third Party IT providers
• Responsible for IT Service Design & Performance, Continual Service Improvement and Service Catalogue Management
• Manage an IT Service Integration and Service Management team

Experience Required

• 10+ years- experience in relevant management roles with evidence of managing multiple projects, in roles such as Operations or Service Delivery Manager
• In-depth understanding of Service Integration Management, Service Management, Governance frameworks
• Experience working with Third Party vendors, operational risk management and expertise of the IT Operations, including IT practices
• Proven ability to undertake and manage complex business projects to assist in driving transformational change across the business with realisable benefits
• Experience in managing the development and implementation of solutions for all phases of the project life cycle

Essential and Desirable Skills

• Very strong Influential relationship management skills with stakeholders, senior management, colleagues and external service providers.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Understanding of Lean, Agile and DevOps
• ITIL V3 Expert – Desirable

Educational Requirements

• Relevant Third Level Degree or equivalent experience in IT
• SIAM Certified will be preferred
