Senior Scrum Master

My Financial services client based in Dublin is looking for a Senior Scrum Master to join their team for a transformation program.

Job responsibilities:

• Working with multiple scrum teams delivering on sprint goals and commitments in an international dispersed environment;
• Assisting with scrum ceremonies;
• Mentoring and coaching team members;
• Identifying and driving continuous improvement using Agile metrics and forward-thinking methods;
• Managing the reporting process;
• Support the Product Owners with the control of the project roadmap to ensure successful project delivery;
• Providing sharp and concise project communication with company executives regarding the status of specific projects;
• Ability to grow strong working relationship with key Stakeholders, Development, Business Analysis & Testing teams.

Experience required:

• Experience leading the scrum team;
• Scrum Master experience working with multiple scrum teams.
• Achieved a formal certification as a Scrum Master, Kanban Lead, Lean Six Sigma certification or similar Agile approach;
• In-depth knowledge of related topics, using best practices and knowledge to actively contribute to product/ service or process improvement;
• Ability to drive innovation within the team;
• Accountable for the performance and results of a team and projects;
• Has in-depth business expertise and a basic understanding of market influences;
• Experience working in an enterprise agile PMO an advantage.
• Ability to negotiate with a diverse audience, often at senior level;
• Strong influencing skills;
• Capable of managing across borders and cross organizational boundaries; and
• Commercial acumen.
