Senior Programme Manager

Our Multinational Dublin based client are searching for a senior programme manager to join their team on a permanent basis. Responsibilities:

• Provide programme leadership, support and direction
• Responsible for mobilisation, delivery and benefits of strategic/ transformative programs
• Effectively and efficiently implement and manage a change roadmap
• Conduct and present analysis to aid stakeholders’ decision making
• Attention to detail and drive to have programs delivered to agreed timelines and standards
• Staff development through training and mentoring
• Identify improved methods of service for clients as well as develop strong relationships with clients and staff alike
• Conduct reviews of performance for all levels of staff, giving feedback and advice to help improve standards

Skills required:

• Minimum 7 years’ experience in client facing role for a leading consulting or professional services company in delivery of large-scale complex change/transformation programs or systems integration programs or a minimum 10 years for a leading company in the same role
• Experience in industries such as financial services, consumer goods, government and public sector, tech and media
• Experience in technology areas such as to ERP, CRM. Digital Workplace, RPA, Blockchain
• Matrix managed organization experience
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Proven experience of delivery within multiple IT transformation programs
• Experience in the alignment of business and IT, operating collaboratively to develop agile reusable solutions

Educational requirements

• Third Level Degree in business/ IT discipline from a recognised institution

• PRINCE2®, PMP, PMBOK, SAFe qualification or diploma level in project management or similar field
