Senior Process Consultant

My Dublin City client is looking for a Senior Process Consultant for a daily rate contract. This will be a long-term contract due to the high quantity of challenging projects that are being rolled out. You will drive the implementation of effective Lean processes for a large-scale programme, with an emphasis on Digital and Data transformation projects.

Job Responsibilities

• Assess, define, guide, and implement effective Lean processes in line with project and business needs
• Promote and champion best practices in terms of process design and implementation.
• Assure appropriate training is provided to allow these processes to be maintained long-term.
• Collaborate with business and technology teams, both internally and externally.

Experience Required

• 15 years’ experience of relevant experience
• Proven track record of successfully implementing Lean processes that are most effective for project / business needs
• Experience working on large-scale technology transformation projects
