Senior .Net Developer

Job Responsibilities

• Working with an Agile SCRUM team to break down, design, estimate, develop, test and document work and development as per requirements.
• Assess and prioritise various technical issues communicate these priorities to the business.
• Strong API and database design skills will be part of the work in this position.
• Undertake investigations/ POCs and provide possible guidance on the best solutions to technical problems.
• Develop APIs that will allow integration from Mobile applications or Third-Party clients
• Be able to troubleshoot, assess and prioritise a range of technical issues and communicate what is priority
• Work closely with the business at all levels in order to ensure the product meets customer needs and has no negative impact of existing customer functionality.
• Feed into the architectural design of the products that are being created
• Early identification of risk and opportunities, and making data-backed decisions and recommendations
• Provide mentoring to other members in the team as they require it
• Be actively involved in hiring and growing our development team as a key member of the team
• Hands-on coding

Experience Required

• Must have commercial experience in development with web-based SaaS technologies
• Need to have experience in a client facing role and have good communication skills to work with clients for full cycle delivery
• Relevant university degree
• 4-6+ years of career experience in a similar position
• Somebody who can bring new ideas and lead projects as required.
• Having knowledge of Project Management methods would be a help
