Senior Java Spring Developer

Job Responsibilities

As a Lead Java Spring Developer within the IT software development team you will.

• Design, develop, test solutions according to project requirements and technical standards.
• Work within agile project teams where you will need to collaborate with both technical and business colleagues.
• Provide technical leadership and guidance to other Java Developers

Experience Required

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with an ability to focus on the customer.
• Can drive for results and take the initiative.
• Can plan and organise work then deliver to deadlines.
• An inquisitive nature with strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Enjoys learning new technologies and helping others.

Essential and Desirable Skills

Required:

• 5+ years professional Java development experience.
• Strong knowledge of the core spring libraries.
• SQL programming preferably on Oracle or SQL Server.

These technical skills are not required but would be a distinct advantage:

• Apache Camel, API’s (REST/SOAP), Spring boot, Tomcat, RedHat JBoss EAP,
• JavaScript, Angular.

Educational Requirements

• Degree educated in a relevant field
