Our Dublin based client are looking for a Senior IT Service Manager to join their team on a permanent basis offering a competitive salary and benefits package
- Lead client engagements with the aim of enhancing the efficiency and effectiveness of their IT operations and bolstering their Service Management capabilities.
- Provide guidance to clients in defining their IT sourcing strategies and offer recommendations on suitable services and service level structures.
- Offer counsel and execute streamlined and effective IT governance and operational processes.
- Take charge of the procurement, selection, contracting, and execution of IT managed services.
- Possesses a strong background in ITIL practices, with a comprehensive understanding of various IT processes.
- Demonstrated expertise in IT service management and IT operations, encompassing the implementation and enhancement of service catalogues and Configuration Management Databases (CMDBs).
- Proven track record in the design and administration of Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
- Familiarity with service management tools such as Service Now.
- Experience in managing managed service agreements, outsourcing initiatives, and procurement procedures, including those related to public procurement.
- Proficient in IT contract management.
Educational Requirements: 3rd Level IT degree or equivalent relevant experience.
