My Dublin based client is recruiting for a Senior iOS Developer to join the team on a permanent basis.

My Dublin based client is recruiting for a Senior iOS Developer to join the team on a permanent basis. You will be focusing on R&D solutions, developing brand new software products for the business. This company has a great reputation in the Irish market and offers long-term career opportunities.

Job Responsibilities

  • Develop a range of native desktop and mobile applications for the business.
  • Test, modify, and update applications to improve functionality, fix bugs, and resolve technical issues.
  • Help define and maintain best practices and adhere to software engineering and UX design standards.
  • Create detailed technical specifications.
  • Collaborate with other engineers and provide technical assistance as required.

Experience Required

  • Minimum 3-5 years’ experience in native iOS application development
  • Experience acting at a Senior or Lead level
  • Other desirable skills and experience:
    • Experience in web development (HTML / CSS)
    • Experience with REST API design and integration
    • Good understanding of networking protocols
    • JavaScript, TypeScript, TDD / BDD, Redux, C#, Xamarin

Educational Requirements

  • Degree in Software Engineering or similar field (or equivalent experience)
