Are you an experienced HR professional eager to make a significant impact in HR Operations and Employee Relations? Join our client’s esteemed organization in Dublin, where you’ll play a pivotal role within the EMEA HR Ops and Employee Relations Department.
As a Senior HR Operations Specialist, your primary responsibilities will include:
- Acting as the Subject Matter Expert for designated countries, addressing employee relations, payroll input, and benefit administration.
- Ensuring governance of SOPs and HR policies, identifying the need for additional policies/procedures, and driving simplification, automation, and optimization initiatives.
- Leading or supporting HR Employee Relations & HR Operation projects and tasks.
To succeed in this role, you should possess:
- 5 years of HR operational and employee relations experience.
- Proficiency in written English and at least one other language.
- Strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to maintain confidentiality.
- Competency in Microsoft Office applications and experience with HR systems like SAP or Success Factors (an advantage).
- A proactive, detail-oriented approach with excellent time management and organizational skills.
- The ability to thrive in a global, multi-cultural, cross-functional team environment.
