Job Description

Our Dublin based client are looking for a Senior Frontend Developer to join their team on a permanent basis. Great time to join a company that is growing

Job Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with the UX, backend developers and Product team in order to design, develop and deliver new UI concepts and components
  • Provide technical leadership for proposed system features, integration, security, scalability and performance
  • Write unit tests & end to end tests
  • Provide mentoring to other team members and new members who join the team
  • Work with the team to modernize some of our legacy UIs into modern frameworks and modern architecture

Experience Required

  • 3-5 + years of Software Development experience in React.js
  • Knowledge of React Hooks, Redux, Nodejs, NPM/YARN, react router, webpack/Babel
  • Experience developing and implementing secure, responsive user interface components to best practices and high standards
  • Competent at Test Driven Development using frameworks Jest, Mocha or similar.
  • Transforming UI/UX wireframe design into usable application components.

  • Next.js
  • PWA
  • Typescript
  • Web/Browser Push Notifications
  • Azure Knowledge

Essential and Desirable Skills

  • A professional and dynamic person that can work in a changing environment
  • Must have good energy and be self-motivated to deliver on projects and timelines
  • Excellent communications and relationship skills
  • Must be a team player, yet highly self-driven and ambitious
  • Strong organization skills in order to deliver on customers’ expectations.
