Senior C# Developer

My Dublin City Centre based client is recruiting for a Senior C# Developer to join the team on a perm basis. This role will be remote working initially and will then be a hybrid role.

Job Responsibilities

• Technical documents are clear, concise and accurate
• Ownership of Development tasks and delivery to a high standard
• Successful implementation of all changes under the remit of the Developer.
• Urgent issues prioritized and escalated to correct person
• Prompt delivery of solution.
•  Quality of development resulting in minimal defects.

Experience Required

•  3-5 years relevant experience
• Advanced SQL Knowledge
• GIT, Subversion, other source control systems
• Jenkins
• C#, VB.Net, Net Core, Winforms
• ETL, SSIS, Tableau, Snowflake, other Data Warehouse related technologies (Nice to have)
• Knowledge of Object-Oriented software design concepts & their implementation
• Database skills including knowledge of relational database design & strong SQL scripting abilities
• Proficient skills in HTML & CSS
• Excellent understanding of information management, data modelling, system integration, development methodologies (including unit testing) & web technologies.
• Good knowledge of some of following technologies: SQL, C#, Web Services, XML, SOAP, JSON, REST, CSS3, HTML5, Angular, Groovy, JSP, JS / JS libs & RWD
• Exposure with Visual Studio .NET environment
• Exposure with Networking concepts & Internet protocols  (Nice to have)
• Understanding of agile development methodologies (Nice to have)

Essential and Desirable Skills

• Solution design experience (Nice to have)
• Test automation experience (Nice to have)
• Azure (Nice to have)

Educational Requirements

3rd level IT related qualification.
