Senior Business Analyst

Job Responsibilities

• Providing Business Analysis services as part of the successful delivery on a variety of IT projects
• Key actions on this role will include requirements gathering, process mapping and documentation of project deliverables.
• Building strong relationships with the business and developing an in‐depth understanding of business areas and the key elements that will support business change and transformation
• Work closely with the business to investigate, analyse, challenge and then review and manage the requirements
• Be capable of identifying, shaping and evaluating ideas into real working cases for the business
• Leading workshops and requirement gathering exercises
• Define, manage and document various requirements in line with the agreed standards and guidelines.
• Work with the business to develop process maps to further understand the business and support requirements identification
• Development of As‐Is and To‐Be process documentation with the key stakeholders and end users
• Work closely with Architects and Developers to gain understanding of the needs and requirements
• Ensure there is accurate and detailed interpretation of the business requirements into clear and understandable IT specifications
• Work closely with the QA team to support the execution of system and user acceptance testing.
• Develop requirement documentation in a matrix format
• Delivery of strategic IT projects including systems and change solutions

Experience Required

• 5-8 years- experience in Business Analysis role from a commercial environment
• Ability to work independently and take ownership of key activities
• Be capable of motivating and empowering other members of the team and Tech department
• Experience working on a transformation or business change project
• Demonstrable experience of stakeholder engagement and management with measurable outputs.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work effectively with member of the organization at all levels
